Standard Plan – 2D Site Plan Only

Best for homeowners who need a clear, scaled plan for HOA approval, permits, or contractor estimates.

Includes:

24″x36″ scaled site plan (PDF + JPG)
Layout for hardscapes, planting beds, and key features
One round of minor revisions for HOA resubmission or small tweaks

2D + 3D Visualization Package

Best for homeowners who want to truly visualize the space before construction and avoid surprises once the project begins.

Includes:

Everything in the Standard Plan
Realistic 3D views of your new outdoor space
Optional video walkthrough add-on for sharing with family, HOA, or contractors

Premium Master Plan – Whole Property Vision

Best for larger properties, full-yard transformations, clients planning to build in phases, or anyone who wants a clear long-term roadmap for their outdoor space.

Includes:

A comprehensive, scaled master plan of the entire property
Designated zones for outdoor living, hardscapes, planting areas, circulation paths, and future expansion
Strategic layout that allows for phased construction while maintaining a unified design vision
Ideal for long-term budgeting, planning, and maximizing the functionality and aesthetics of your outdoor space
Two rounds of revisions, allowing for thoughtful refinements as the overall vision is developed
Extended design timeline of approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on property size and project scope
